Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Redtop Woodworks. We appreciate your business and want to ensure you have a satisfactory experience with our products and services. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Please Note: All our products are made to order and customized, including finishes. Due to the unique and personalized nature of these items, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please follow these steps:

Inspect Your Order: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Contact Us: To initiate a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Email us at shop@redtopww.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective or damaged product.

Return Authorization: Once we have reviewed your request, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping: We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged items. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit.

Return Window and Restocking Fee

If your item is eligible for return, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns that are not due to damage or defects.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom-made products

  • Personalized items

  • Items with custom finishes

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please contact us at shop@redtopww.com.

Cancellations

Orders for custom and made-to-order products cannot be canceled once production has begun. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not started, we may be able to accommodate your request.
